Training Courses - 16 Hour Industrial Rescue (Basic Trained Team Already)The 16 hour Industrial Rescue training is designed for teams that already have a basic understanding of confined spaces and patient emergency skills.
This is a combination class of extensive hands on training with classroom training. This training teaches students to not only work in and around confined spaces but to perform basic entry rescues. Day 1 is the 8 hour class and covers the OSHA standards in detail and is mixed with various scenarios for non-entry rescue training. Day 2 discusses entry rescue and the use of common rescue equipment along with basic entry rescue methods and techniques. Members are required to have a basic understanding of confined space equipment utilized inside the plant currently. Students must have basic first aid and CPR training as minimum along with medical evaluation and clearance under the OSHA Respiratory Standard for Supplied Air.
